    A mishap at Witch Town leaves Leo transported to Neo Edo, Japan, a secluded yokai city concealed from humans. After realizing some mystic barrier prevents him from portaling back to New York, he must put his trust in the family that took him in to get the help he needs to go home. His brothers, meanwhile, have no idea where Leo could have gone as they attempt to bring him back from their end.

    Along the way, Leo forms a deeper connection with one rabbit in particular, and the more Leo gets to know him, the more Leo thanks his lucky stars for his harried decision back in Witch Town.

Sure, he hasn’t quite been himself since Splinter’s death, but he’s adjusting and his brother’s silly little intervention wasn’t going to change that. He tried to tell them as much before the dart pierced his skin and everything went black.

    He now finds himself half-way across the world in Japan at the mercy of his unknown assailants. Just as he’s about to give up all hope, he’s saved by a band of Yokai Samurai led by a rather nice white rabbit. He’s not sure how he’ll ever get home, but he trusts Yuichi Usagi to get him there.

His brothers are just haters!!! He folds his arms, trying to look cool and unaffected, suppressing the urge to fidget and ignoring the swoop of heat as the bunny's gaze climbs up and down him.

    The Yokai Slayer rose slowly, breathing heavily. The audience watched with bated breath—Leo watched with bated breath.

    He slipped the mask down under his chin, revealing fur tinted black around his nose.

    The rabbit raised his sword high in a fist pump, and exploding doesn’t even begin to describe how wild the yokai in the stands went at his victorious grin.

    “Who…who was that?” he could feel his mouth move and vocal chords buzz, head whipping toward Big Mama, who seemed entirely too amused.

    “Our newest potential champion. Impressive, isn’t he? His looks are deceiving, I admit it! But Karasu-Tengu trained him well,” she mused.

    “Usagi Yuichi is not one to be trifled with,” Big Mama said with that unsettling smile, “There is a reason why he is the Yokai Slayer, after all,”

    Usagi leads his usual chaotic life until strangers kidnap Kitsune for what she witnessed. Now he alone has to leave Neo Edo to get her back, while the rest of his friends find out what the kidnappers were originally after. His adventure leads him getting chased, pinned by a cute spanish speaking turtle, and eventually getting help from said turtle, who has a concerning family and amount of underground connections.

    Meanwhile Leo is living life as best as he can almost a year after the invasion. He's got a part time job, two new semi-parents that did both try to kill him, and an unsure, but loving relationship with his brothers. He's doing well, but a certain rabbit interrupts his new life and leads him down an interesting chase.

    Chaos ensues when he tries to talk to humans and gets caught up in a police chase, attracting the attention of 'evil' kappa. (The turtles.)

    During the fight to restrain Yuchi and discover who he is, Leo offers his sword as a peace treaty to end the battle.

    Yuchi freezes, turns bright red, and stammers, “D-Did you just propose to me?!”
