Summary
Vedal was the only truly organic human in Night City, a place of enhanced cybernetics and all-powerful implants.
So what does he do? He makes parasites for the sole purpose of being able to biologically enhance the organic human vessel to a greater evolutionary potential.
These two parasites went by the name of Neuro and Evilyn.
