Summary
Lev was no longer something tangible. No longer something that you could assign a name to, and teach that it was okay to recycle human beings if no one really wanted them in their original form anyway. Lev was bits and pieces of a person, crumbled and scattered. At that moment, that was all he wanted to be.

Summary
Things were… better. Lev would not say they were good. He didn’t really have a frame of reference for “good.” But he did understand “better.” Cutting his hair was better. Living with Abby was better. Living with the fireflies was the most better yet, but he still wouldn’t call it good. For one thing, he couldn’t shake the nightmares.

Summary
“I’m leaving Abby. You can’t stop me.” He told her. He expected rage, hate, betrayal, pain and didn’t dare to look at her face.
“I’m going with you.” Abby whispered back. She ran her hand through her face, wiping away a single tear. They made it to Catalina.
No more fighting. No more running.
Why didn't the war end?
