It is when a girl with ginger hair and is terrified of Castiel, turns up- they start to realise something awful is happening. With the girl who will not speak, they have to try and stop whoever is doing this. At firs they think of Lucifer- it must be him who is doing this but when it turns out Lucifer is also trying to stop it- they must act quickly. That is when the girl starts to speak and no one can prepare for what she is about to say.
