Summary
It's been approximately a year and a half since the Vestroia Resistance put an end to the Vexos.
Earth, New Vestroia, and Vestal have experienced a time of peace, for once. New developments have occurred: namely, the creation of Bakugan Interspace, an alternate dimension constructed by the three species to bring them together like never before.
Interspace is opening soon in the city of Wardington for an open beta, but it's clear that this situation isn't all sunshine and rainbows. Not only do the scars of the Vestal occupation of New Vestroia run deeper than anyone previously expected, but, behind the scenes, a darkness lingers, biding its time and preparing to strike.
Cyan and her fellow brawlers find themselves tasked with two most unreachable goals: find out how they can possibly mend what the Vestal occupation shattered, and discover just what Ren and his two "friends" have to do with Celine Sheen, the supposed queen of the realm of Neathia.
What could possibly go wrong?

Summary
In preparation of the fight against Neathia in order to claim their Sacred Orb for himself, there is a power of the Doom Dimension that Emperor Barodius feels the need to claim for himself. Learning that this Bakugan has a human partner on Earth, which seemed like the perfect opportunity.
With their plans being near perfect, Barodius himself meets the brawler who is partnered with this Bakugan with the intent to bring her back after eventually convincing her that they need her help. But the more time Barodius would spend with this human, he starts to change his mind. Not straight away, but the thought was there. And it fully becomes realized in an incident involving the girl, and he decides that her assistance would not be necessary.
But when that same girl eventually finds her way to Neathia on a fateful day that the emperor meets Dan Kuso and his Pyrus Dragonoid, it becomes evident that his real intent could never remain hidden. Even when he finds himself in a confrontation that becomes a battle between what he wants and what his heart wants, his intent can no longer hide. And he becomes confronted with a decision that will ultimately change the fate of Gundalia.

This work represents the alternate course of events in the second half of the second season. Hydron, being stripped away from his title and severely tortured, plans his revenge and escapes to the Earth to gain powers to defeat his mad tyrannical father - king Zenogeld IV, and he will not stop until he gains victory or death. But since at the moment of his escape he's unable to put up a fight against at least one of his former subordinates, he will travel across the US to know himself and find his way in a new world in which he might even remain in.
