Summary
[My Hero Academia AU fic] This story will follow the main show. This is an AU fanfic based off "What if Deku had a Twin Sister?" After a villain encounter, Izuku Midoriya meets All Might and learns the truth. Meanwhile his sister, Ami Midoriya, born with a dangerous quirk, tries to overcome her insecurities to become a hero.

Summary
Midoriya Izuku always knew he was going to be a Hero, being diagnosed as Quirkless was just a minor setback. Unfortunately, no one else seemed to see it that way, other than his equally as Quirkless cousin, Yamikumo.
All Might offering him his Quirk, One for All, is a dream come true. It's his ticket to get into UA, which may publicly allow Quirkless students but has never actually had one, even in the General Education Course.
Midoriya Izuku will be a Pro Hero, he just wished he knew the consequences first. At least he finally gets some friends along the way.

A wave of concern washed over Izuku’s face as he slowly realized what was going on. “Kacchan do the same thing on my right please.” The uncertainty in his voice making him move, “Don’t tell me what to fucking do, Deku,” He says before walking in the direction they came in. “Deku we have to fucking go. What the fuck is going on?” Katsuki says loudly in a very annoyed tone. Izuku immediately gasps and groans in pain reaching up to put pressure on his ear again, eyes wide. More tears fell to the floor as he grabbed Katsuki’s wrist.
“There’s nothing we can do about this now but, Kacchan, I can't hear you in my right ear.”
