Summary
Natsuki Subaru, a man abandoned in another world, takes a different path when he refuses to call Reinhardt for help. After fulfilling his wish of making Emilia a hero, he dies by her hand, and his soul peacefully passes to Satella.
However, Reinhardt, unable to believe that the man who once burned down the entire capital could die so easily, makes the fateful mistake of asking the Od Laguna whether Subaru is still alive. To his shock, it replies: “Yes.”
Unknown to him, another version of Subaru has been thrown into this timeline—and it is he who is truly alive. Reinhardt, convinced this Subaru is the preparator, begins to chase him relentlessly.
But this is no ordinary Subaru. This is the Great Sage himself. When the two finally collide, only one will emerge victorious.
