It's 300 years after 2023, and now we're in the MHA-verse.
Ichigo, former protagonist, died in his late 30s, and worked his way up to being a Captain, cuz being a war veteran apparently isn't cool enough.
All the Karakura Gang died, spent some time in SS, then entered the reincarnation. Ichika and Kazui are still hanging around, though.
Ichi and Kon grew a decent enough relationship where Ichi let Kon keep his body, trusting him to not fuck it up completely. Being the only one of the Karakura Gang left, Kon became the guy he could confide in without anime-typical violence.
Now we lead to today, where Kon's a Hero called "Night Lion."Series

Ichigo paused to think about that first question, even though he couldn’t judge how happy Chad had been before they arrived and he starting hooking up with Ishida. He wasn’t exactly an expressive dude. He never really said much, but then again, that was one of the things that allowed him to get so close to Ichigo. Even as a teenager, his patience was impressive. The days when Ichigo showed up wearing a scowl darker than usual and didn’t say a word never bothered Chad any more than the days Ichigo had energy to burn and dragged him to the park after school for a few games of basketball.
