Summary
A new villain has come to Gotham by the name Copycat. He can shape shift into whoever he desires. Copycat decides one day to copy the Joker and use Joker's infamous 'power' over people. This makes Joker furious enough to make Batman team up with him to stop the new villain. They bump into the Scarecrow in an unfortunate twist of events and add him to the unlikely team.
