Summary
When the royal family of Lanitor anticipates the birth of their next heir, the kingdom rejoices, eager to witness the continuation of the royal legacy.
However, when a girl is born in place of the expected prince, and her mothers life is taken during her birth, the kingdom's hopes quickly turn into fury. As the years pass, the princess becomes a symbol of despair for the people, her very existence fueling their anger and resentment.
In an effort to protect her, the king assigns her bodyguards, with constant surveillance and security to ensure her safety. But when a new bodyguard is assigned to the princess, one with a reputation for his diligence and strength, where others have failed, no one suspects that he’s really an assassin sent to end her life.
