Thomas Sanders, head of the household, created this place of refuge for those who... are to troubled to function properly in society. Remus Sanders, Thomas's cousin and sole reason for creating it at all, is the first-ever person to join. The purpose of the Home is to help those who live with whatever illness and learn to live a better more productive life. The goal is for everyone to leave eventually and no longer need the place.
