A Life, so cold. A Death yet colder.
Another Life, as warm as the fire in his heart, and the sun on his scaled hide. A world as open, as free, as the sky itself...If he could muster the courage to leave his cave. Being a weird, horrifying troll monstrosity doesn't exactly promote a healthy social life, after all, and he...really wouldn't be surprised if some hillbilly saw him, and decided the correct response was Flamethrower. So, yeah...The Cave sound's nice.
And he would've been perfectly content with that cave, if it weren't for a young girl, with a big heart, and a bigger injury that keeps her in said cave long enough he gets attached.
Because easy was for other people, apparently.

Monsters pretend to be gods and everyone just accepts it. Pirates protect islands and everyone slanders them.
This will not be the case for Alex. Because he knows. He knows what everyone should know. He's not from this world and he doesn't understand why he's here, but one thing is certain : he's one of those who will be able to change the course of events.

Tout le monde le sait, le sent. Pourtant, personne n'en parle. L'obscurantisme du Gouvernement Mondial enténèbre et étouffe les cœurs les plus vaillants, et la justice de la Marine se permet de définir des concepts qui font croire à des enfants qu'ils n'ont pas le droit d'exister à cause de ce qu'ont fait leurs parents. Des monstres prétendent être dieux et tout le monde le prend pour argent comptant. Des pirates protègent des îles et tout le monde les calomnie.
Ce ne sera pas le cas d'Alex. Car lui sait. Il sait ce que tout le monde devrait savoir. Il n'est pas de ce monde et il ne comprend pas pourquoi il y est, mais une chose est sûre : il est de ceux qui pourront changer le cours des événements.
