Edward wasn’t particularly keen on nature pursuits outside of the ones Stede managed to… persuade him into taking via favors of the sensual variety, so his desire to go camping had come as a bit of a surprise.
“Camping?” Stede asked. “Like, in a tent?”
“A tent on the beach,” Ed clarified, and there it was. The beach was the singular exception to Edward’s distaste for all places that might involve bugs. “And it’s called Honeymoon Island! Practically made to be a romantic little getaway!”
Ed convinces Stede to try something new. It goes better than expected.
