Shiro's been working on to process his trauma and it's been a long, confusing journey. The hardest part wasn't having the nightmares or being triggered; it was sharing it with another person. Opening up meant not only reliving it but also being vulnerable all over. Another chance he'd be hurt or hurt his friends when baring himself. Yet the guilt becomes too much and Shiro is forced to decide to hide or heal. Thankfully, Keith is there to help carry the weight.

Keith's heart raced as he shoot up in bed, his hands clutched at his chest, fingers digging into shirt then skin. His eye were wide and wild as he panted, tears burn hot streaks into his cheeks. His mind still swam with the memories of bodies, blood, the scent of burnt flesh, and the convulsive pain of lightning in his skin.
Keith was so sure it had happened, that it was real, but he wasn't in space. He was in his bed, in his dad's old shack. There were no aliens, no magic witch that tortured with magic and killed his friends. It wasn't real, because Keith had no friends named Pidge or Hunk or Allura or Lance. The only friend he had was dead, and he wasn't coming back.
So why? Why did it feel so real? Why did Keith feel liked he'd lived already? Why did his heart nearly beat out of his chest when he saw Lance? Why did he ache for these people he's almost positive he shouldn't have known? Why did his pulse lurch every time Shiro got close? And why was his dream predicting everything happening now?
...Was it even a dream...?

The house was far too quiet, Keith was never that quiet even if he was light on his feet. During the entire day, he noticed Keith’s stuff missing, he had tried calling and none of his calls had gone through, none of his messages were answered. He was left, alone. He was abandoned by the one person he thought would never leave him.
Lance had gone to Hunk, Lotor, and Allura. They were his best friends in college, he had sobbed in their arms about what had happened, he screamed and had panic attack after panic attack. But they were there, all three of them were there and they had never left. Lance was sure if anyone were going to stay by his side, it’d be them.
About three weeks had passed before he had gone to a doctor after a really bad stomach aches . He thought it was all the stress, and him being upset at the time. Boy was he wrong… Lance was pregnant. He was pregnant with Keith’s baby, and Keith had just abandoned him.
