This question confused Wildberry, as it felt like the conversation was taking an entirely different shift. He decided not to think too much about it, answering the question:

She only looked more nervous, biting her lip before beginning her next and final question: “Have you ever had doubt the person has returned their feelings?”
Suddenly, the pain in his chest abruptly rose back and his stomach churned. His breath felt short, before he could even answer the question he began to throw up blood before he even realizes, small piles of petals followed immediately after. His chest felt tight–it felt like his body was his enemy for a split second. The young doctor only looked at what looked like a crime scene of murder on the floor with a mortified look.
