Summary
While the city of Balmora was preparing for the summoning day of Azura, somebody murdered Ralen Hlaalo, an important noble of House Hlaalu. House Hlaalu appointed Elisamsi, an Ordinator of the Tribunal Temple to solve the case, and the testimonies of the witnesses and the evidence seems to suggest that the murderer was Nine-Toes, an agent of the Blades. For this reason, the Blades sent one of their agents, and perhaps one of the best investigators in the Empire, Roris, to look into the case a bit more. Can the Ordinator and the Blades agent set aside their contempt for each other and find the real murderer together? And how is the upcoming festival of Azura connected to the case?
In this fan fiction, I have expanded upon a vanilla quest concerning the murder of Ralen Hlaalo in Balmora and made the case a bit more complex than something that could be solved by talking with two people. It also includes references to other quests, which are intertwined with either the person of Ralen Hlaalo or the Camonna Tong.
