“Oh? Now, what do we have here?” He smiled. It wasn’t a nice smile, like the ones Martin practiced in the mirror for the first day of school. It scared him. “Ah. Hello, Jon. Martin. Apologies for startling you, but I wanted to make sure I found you, so I thought it best to announce myself.”
“Who are you?” Martin said. He knew that he had to be brave, like Mum said, even as everything within him trembled at the stranger. Easier said than done.
“You can call me Mr. Bouchard,” the man said. He leaned forward. “You boys will be seeing a lot of me from now on.”
“Why?”
“Because your parents are dead.”
Everything in Martin’s world stopped.
or, in the middle of season three, Martin and Jon are de-aged into eight-year-olds. Elias is very pleased by this development. Tim is not. At least, he will be when he finally finds out.

Summary
At around the same time the Magnus Institute, London, decides to start referring its visitors to psychological aid, the nearby New Horizons Therapeutic Centre hires a new psychotherapy specialist. Unfortunately, nobody told Doctor Sophie Halliday that she’d be counselling the various traumatised statement givers of the Institute, or that she’d end up more a part of the Institute’s sinister machinations…

He decides that picking Archival Assistants with some experience but no knowledge to tie it all together is a smart idea. He also decides that hiring someone with many Marks and a lot of knowledge will save him time and effort.
He is wrong about both.
