In Gardenview there is a Magnifying Glass detective and Flamboyant Diva vanity mirror.
Their young friendship drifted apart as they grew into their titles, oblivious to the neglect of their friendship. What once was friendly conversation turned into bickering and small talk. Wishing one knew what the other's problem was. Until one day they set off to find each other to discuss it.
In the search the answer hits him in the face.
In the form of a box of journals and a case file. Suddenly all of this is starting to clear up for the diva, Glisten. But why did he catch this cold case and not the detective, Rodger?
After all, this box belongs to him…
Little did he know, Rodger in his search found the same answer a few doors down….Will the two rekindle their friendship?...or will they accidentally set something else ablaze?...

Perhaps succumbing to their inevitable fate would be best.

Now Rodger never knew Glisten that well, barely even saw him, as Rodger lived in the office, and left the studio work to, well, those who worked in the studio. He trusted them. And seeing what they usually produced, his trust was well placed.But… Rodger could see the dark streaks of running makeup (he's seen that before, on another's glassy face) and the face of brokenness and defeat (he's seen that face before too, glimpses in the windows as he buried himself in tasks). He- he couldn't.
