Summary
Annette Weaver, a local savannah resident, historian, and tour guide finds herself in a bit of a predicament when her drunken boyfriend has his veins sucked dry right in front of her. what she never expected was that the vampire who did it would be quite the interesting individual. with her vampire friend, Jo Sinclair, she gets to take note of personal historical accounts and even gets to meet the famous Gracie Watson. As her fear and confusion turns into an even more interesting bond, she gets roped into some unexpected, centuries-old vampiric family drama between Jo and her jealous cousin Simon Tully. it is here when Jo fails to protect Annette, and their adventures only grow more dangerous.
