Summary
Ash'li likes to be helpful.
He was expecting to perhaps... assist in rebuilding villages in the Shroud. Become a chocobo porter for the rising amount of adventurers. Perhaps even distribute leves. Instead, he's gone and killed a primal.
He's not sure how he got here, and he's less sure of where he's going.
But he'll go.
(An attempt at MiqoMarch 2025, featuring WoL Ash'li Jinjahl growing into his role as the Warrior of Light, and the friends he makes along the way.)

Summary
"A people that could not defend itself against the images of the gods must become as one to them."
With almost all avenues closed to them, the magic-less Garleans of the far North find a personal affinity with the dismissed and often primal worshipping peoples of Ilsabard, Eorzea and beyond; with this formed a friendship, and eventually an alliance, for once, the Garleans found a way to manipulate the aether they desperately needed and brought with them the strongest primals, reinforced through the strength and will of the vessels which brought them into existence.
Almost ten years before the world's aether starts to grow cold and thin, young archivist Nero Scaeva is given the chance to become one such vessel and protect the alliance against any and all threats that might stand against them.
A startling proposition that is surely only saved for the best?
Especially when his dear friend Cid Garlond was given all the aid in the world to become one of the finest creators of all time.
Nero was worthy.
Nero was more worthy than the gods. -
