Six Months Post-Winter War.

Because naturally, the moment Ichigo gets too close to a suspicious old well, he gets kidnapped by some half-naked woman centipede thing and ends up in feudal Japan. Now he’s in a world full of demons, angry half-demons that keep shooting him weird looks, oh and of course, dealing with a mysterious new jewel causing more problems than it's worth...
