Upon hearing of the escape of infamous criminal, Sirius Black, Her Majesty The Queen calls upon a power now rarely used in the modern day world. Ordering her Guard Dog to investigate the matter thoroughly, unconvinced of the legitimacy of the workings of the Ministry of Magic, she wants to be assured that the criminal is found and detained appropriately.
Harry Potter meets a new student while staying in the Leaky Cauldron after blowing up his Aunt Marge, trailed by odd servants and with outlandish ideas. He doesn't seem to want to play by the usual rules of Hogwarts at all.

If he were forced to describe them, he'd say Ciel's hands are delicate and deliberate, perhaps also 'daring' although from what he'd gathered, this word implies danger. Still, he wasn't sure if his description would be anyhow accurate. He didn't know any other hands well enough to note particular features about his favourite pair. So he assumed it was just what hands were supposed to be, per default.
He was nameless, faceless — as all he had, Ciel laid claim on before him. He was the heir, he got the birthright, and he took precedence. And because he was only as much as Ciel's twin brother — in some regards less, in none more — he was left with nothing. He was almost identical, and yet not indistinguishable, for it was plain as a day that he was a pale imitation of the original. A cheap, defective fake, a copycat, a spare part you pray never to have to use because it's not going to even mend the breakage.
