Summary
Gotham City is in shambles. Violence is reigning over the city as criminals attack everything and everywhere. Batman, the city's protector, is nowhere to be seen, and his allies are overwhelmed and outnumbered. The man behind all of this, Doctor Simon Hurt, is watching the result of his sinister labor from the very top of the Gotham Palace Hotel. But before his plan will overpower Gotham completely, he will force an innocent woman to suffer from his sadism.
The story is set in my own, unique universe. Contradictions with any other canon can be expected.
This piece will be my last entry in the Batman villain POV series for a while. I hope everyone who read any of these stories had as much fun reading about my ideas for the Batman villains that exist in my fan universe, as I had fun writing about them.

How can he manage to stay undercover and save these people while falling in love?
