Albus just wants a normal life. He’s tired of everyone seeing him as “Harry Potter’s son,” just because he looks like him. Things start to happen at Hogwarts, however, and his dreams are pointing him in a direction he doesn't want to go. Now Albus is knee deep in a mystery, his best friend hates him, and he is at his limit.
Scorpius can't think about his home life. His mother is sick, and Scorpius isn't sure if she will make it, so he will do anything in order not to think about it, even if that means putting himself in danger time and time again.
Rose doesn't feel like she is in control of her life. Her best friend is in a different house from her, a dragon attacked her, and now people are disappearing. She has to figure out the truth with people she doesn't like, and is wondering if the person controlling her life hates her.
