The loud and the neon shadows are peaceful for a Brooklyn boy; alcohol and peanuts, game on the tv overhead. Steve can just drink his beer and think about nothing in particular.

Anastasius Corzo, a former hitman on the run from a vengeful crime lord, finds refuge in the impoverished slums of Gotham City with the unexpected assistance of Red Hood. But the safety of his confinement is threatening to break him. Eventually, upon Red Hood's one of many scarce visits, he is able to repay his thanks in an intimate way which is then returned tenfold.
TLDR; Anastasius repays his thanks in an intimate and sensual way to Red Hood as a means to cure his cabin fever or restlessness resulting from his confinement in a disheveled safehouse (which is then repaid in his sleep).
