If you were to ask Dan Heng what kinds of things he is good at, the answer you would receive would be a rather short list.
He's good at archiving. He's good at guarding. He may consider himself fine at Trailblazing, if that was the sort of thing Dan Heng thought one could be 'good' or 'bad' at.
Nowhere on such a list would the words 'love' or 'friendship' or even 'care' ever appear. These are not things he has ever been good at, or even really tried, at least before a certain red-haired navigator turned his entire life around with a few simple words. So why in all the stars would he ever think to learn about 'love languages'?

And as the rest of the crew slumbers, one finds himself awake. His heightened senses are able to capture a feed coming from the adjacent train car. The keys of the piano are being played by deft finger, tender as they sang of sorrow and the forlorn. It tried to be quiet at best, as if the beholder of the melody didn't want to cause alarm to those who might chance on its stage. Welt had become aware of the members' sleeping routines and tendencies, having been with them for quite long, that it is fairly easy for him to deduce who it could be manning the installed instrument.

The Astral Express crew while on their mission in Penacony found that they sometimes get to do nothing after doing their part, just waiting for an update on the situation at hand. It just so happened that Trailblazer and Mr. Yang happened to have some hours off at the same time and with Caelus being hungry they went to a restaurant the locals recommended to Welt. Once they stepped into the building they stared in awe.
“I apologize, I didn't realize it would have a … romantic style” Welt looked away. “I should have looked into the details of it.”
“As long as someone doesn't hand me a rose I can eat anywhere, especially now because I'm starving” Caelus walked further, finding an empty table and sat down.
