Summary
Sonic had stayed in Camelot for eight years as their king, only to be killed by an enchanted sword and have his soul and body return to his home realm, where only two months have passed. Having no way to return to Camelot and finding himself wanting to leave his home less and less, Sonic returns to his role as a brother and hero of the planet.
However, before he can relax and be free of any duties, his old companion and enchanted sword Caliburn appears in his realm pleading for the king's return.Finding a compromise, Sonic returns to Camelot with Tails by his side. Ready to fight off those who invaded the kingdom he swore to protect eight years ago, but also with a plan to return back to Mobius once done. But his enemy has other plans and soon Sonic finds out the truth of who he really is and why he so easily jumps from realm to realm.

Rouge knew that Knuckles wouldn’t go as anything… at all really in Sonic and Tails’ Halloween Party. They of course would invite him. They did so every year. Knuckles would apologize, saying he had something he had to do that night, day or afternoon. Knuckles tried to hide it, but everyone knew what he meant when he said he was ‘busy’. He had that Master Emerald to protect.
Still… it didn’t mean that they couldn’t have some fun together.
Rouge had been thinking for a while about stopping by for a visit, without a scheme to steal the Master Emerald for a change. She had to admit, it disappointed her to go to all those holiday parties and other hangouts with their friends and not manage to see Knuckles anywhere in any of them. He really ought to have some fun every once-in-a-while.
Tonight, she would change that.
She knew exactly where Knuckles would be on a night like this.
That just made her plans more easy to make.

Summary
Once White Space had crumbled, once the Time Eater had been defeated, Shadow had expected the rest of his Doom Powers to fade alongside them. They were powerful, sure, but he wasn’t eager to have to deal with them moving forward. For the most part, his Chaos abilities were enough to get the job done, and he mostly left it at that.
Much to his dismay, however, the Doom Powers didn’t leave. They instead made themselves painfully obvious over the next week or so.
Or: Shadow has to deal with the effects of his adventure in White Space, one at a time.
