I'm super excited so I'm going all-out on these prompts, you've been warned.
As said, any given prompt can be the angstiest thing me and my best friend can concoct or the purest fluff you've ever read, absolutely no in-between.Week 1-Utopia/Dystopia: The Trollhunter—an ill-fitting changeling—, now trapped in the Darklands, snared and brought before Gunmar The Vicious, is accursed to the same rock cage, the same stone quarry, the same endless bloodbath, the same scorching glare, the same sun-less verdict, the same viceral nature as he had once been forged in all those centuries ago.
...Well...almost the same.Week 2-Royalty/Guardian: King Arthur and Gunmar the Underlord of all trolls turn their blood-soaked resentment into a greater war: Mankind against Trollkind.
Or is it truly Gunmar's war to be won at all?
After all, there's a reason the King's men approach her castle with their horses.

When Walter "Stricklander" Strickler, a young changeling fresh in human form, was transferred halfway around the world to California, he did not have high hopes for his ongoing survival. Being directly under Bular's reign of terror, at ground zero of the Janus Order's operations, he suspects he's been summoned more as cannon fodder than for any genuine purpose. But at least there is one small spark of hope in the form of Barbara Lake, unexpected friend and solace in the difficult environment he will have to survive.
Until Merlin's amulet decides to snuff that out.
