    Detroit: Become Human meets Heartstopper. This takes place within the Heartstopper world (and timeline, somewhat), but like in DBH, humanoid androids exist. However, they’re not as common as in DBH, as all existing androids in this world are prototypes, used for more scientific purposes, but are only just being integrated into society. Nick is an RT900, a bit of an upgrade from the RT600, the very first android to pass the Turing test. However, no one knows that he’s an android— it’s an experiment being run by Cyberlife to see how well their androids can integrate into society. Nick has no feelings on this, however, as he is an android, designed to serve and meet expectations. Everything changes, though, when Charlie is sat next to him in form.

    I actually started writing this before I knew that Alice came out with a DBH Heartstopper comic, believe it or not. If you haven’t read it, I definitely recommend it! I found that the easiest way to read it was on Tapas.

    “So you hopped on an early train instead of calling me?” Charlie was getting worried, the first shocks of seeing his boyfriend in his flat subsiding. “Evidently still in half your match outfit and I’m guessing that’s not the bag you had packed for five days in London.”
