With the death of Andromeda, two years after the Second Wizarding War, Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy became the legal guardians of Teddy, Harry's godson and Draco's cousin, the two will have to learn to live together for Teddy's sake. Two traumatized adults with fucked up childhoods trying to raise a kid, nothing could go wrong.
"I never thought I would live to see Draco Malfoy calling me family." Harry laughed.
"Who says you are included?" The blonde raised his head in his usual arrogant pose.
"You said Hawwy was family," the little boy's innocent eyes shone and Draco wished Teddy was a year old again, when he still spoke no more than incomprehensible words.

Remus vient d'accepter un poste de professeur à son ancienne université, aidé par son ancienne mentore, Minerva McGonagall. Elle sait qu’il a besoin d’un nouveau départ, pour lui comme pour Teddy, son fils de cinq ans qu’il élève seul depuis le décès de sa mère.
Mais alors qu’il tente de reprendre pied entre ses cours, et son quotidien mouvementé, Remus tombe — littéralement — sur son passé. Treize ans qu’il n’avait pas vu Sirius. Treize ans qu’il évitait de penser à lui, à ce qu’ils avaient été, à ce qu’ils auraient pu être.
Sirius, lui, essaie juste de se tenir droit. Nouveau job, nouvelle vie, après une incarcération dont il parle peu. Il n’avait pas prévu que Remus reviendrait. Il n’avait pas prévu que son cœur, lui, ne l’avait jamais quitté.
Mais est-ce qu’on peut vraiment recoller les morceaux, quand on ne sait même plus par où commencer ?CW : cette fic est classée Mature pour du contenu lié à l'usage et à la vente de drogues. Cela fait partie du passé des personnages, mais ils doivent encore gérer les conséquences de ces choix.

Harry did it. He defeated Voldemort. He did what was asked of him and saved the day with the help of his friends.
And yet, the world didn't stop asking more of him. Now, he had to deal with Death Eater Trials while helping rebuild Hogwarts in time for the next school year. Honestly, he'd much rather take a very long nap and rest without nightmares plaguing him- but the next trials are important to him.
Narcissa and Draco Malfoy. Without Narcissa, Harry never would have made it to that final battle. He would have died in that forest. Without Draco letting him escape Malfoy Manor, Harry never would have survived long enough to destroy all of Voldemort's Horcruxes.
Unlike the Death Eaters, they were forced into serving Voldemort. Draco might be marked, but he was a victim just the same. Harry couldn't stand the thought of Draco being locked away for trying to protect his mother, punished for his father's mistakes.
Harry wasn't ready to find a freed Draco Malfoy entirely different from the blonde he'd known before. Eighth Year begins, and Harry has the chance to see Draco in a new light, but life has other plans for them. Only the future will tell what comes of this new chance for both of them.
