Summary
A year after the Archon’s death at the hands of Pathfinder Ryder in 2819, the Kett Empire began sending more forces towards the Heleus Cluster. They especially took a deep interest in the Milky Way species that came aboard the Andromeda Initiative.
As the black hole at the center of the Heleus Cluster started behaving erratically from contact with the Scourge, the Nexus started picking up transmissions from hundreds of years prior over in the Milky Way. This new discovery meant a possible link between the Milky Way and Andromeda galaxies via this black hole, a time travel phenomenon thought impossible.
With the intrepid crew of the Tempest planning their route through the black hole, the state of the Milky Way on the other side is that of reconstruction from the Reaper War having ended months prior. The Crucible having destroyed the Reapers yet preserving synthetic life had made Commander Shepard a legend to most.
This is where the road for Commander Shepard and Pathfinder Ryder converges…
