Summary
John and Arthur didn't die at Kayne's hands in England, though neither of them knew who or what saved them. They set off alone to stop him from killing Azathoth. However, it soon becomes clear that something is happening to Arthur, and something far worse is happening to John. As they meet old and new friends, they realize that they must reconcile with their demons if they want to save the world.
A canon-compliant (mostly) divergence after Part 52: the Wager. Fully completed, will update weekly at the latest. Basically, this is just be trying to be creative about how to kill Kayne + explore John's character arc more deeply.
