Summary
Luz Noceda, detective of her town, is a human like her mother. Now, in areas inhabited by other humans, this wouldn't have been an issue, but she wasn't in that sort of area. Luz and her family along with a few others are the only humans in their town. Due to their lack of magic, humans are usually discriminated against and are usually the ones taken advantage of with no help from most police. Luz takes it upon herself to defend those who need defending and to solve crimes that involve humans.
She eventually convinces one of the, if not THE, most infamous mob boss to let her join her mob along with having a police connection. She does her job, and she does it well, but she finds herself drawn to a singer at a bar. She soon finds herself soothed by the singer. However, she's soon forced to handle events she'd never expect to be thrown into and it's all because of one singer.

Standing in front of a store was Kaminari, starry-eyed and smiling from ear to ear as he peered in through the windows. Bakugou looked up at the sign and then into the store. A bookstore, of course, the nerd. He couldn’t help but grin a bit himself at the scene; it wasn’t often that any of them got excited over anything anymore after all.
