Arc One: What was supposed to be a regular convention becomes a nightmare as a new mad scientist emerges!
The mysterious Dr. Cossack challenges Mega Man to defeat his robots, or he'll unleash them on New York City!
Taking up the challenge, Mega Man flies to the cold tundra of Siberia to confront the renegade scientist, but not everything is as it seems. For as much talk as Cossack has garnered, there are hushed whispers of someone that has gone missing. And Wily has been unusually quiet...Edited out the swearing so it better fits what would be allowed on television in the 90s.

Summary
Because once they lost, they were done. Wily had no use for them anymore—on to the next robot. This one had a freeze ray, or enhanced speed, or whatever else they didn't. Skull Fortress became like a scrapyard for the worthless living. Wily didn't trust them not to ruin his endeavors, so there were no more tasks, only the occasional job unloading durable cargo. The Doctor, of course, had more valuable things to spend his time and money on than entertainment for his dozens of robots, and what were they supposed to do? Even the ones familiar with humans prior to kidnapping had had it removed to discourage dissent, and the rest had never even spoken to a human before, much less done business with one.
They were alone, with only each other for distraction.
