Stepping into it without removing a single item from his equipment, he thumbs the faucets on, turning the hot as far as it goes. Cold water hits his face first, but swiftly heats up, until it feels like he's being boiled alive. He closes his eyes as the stream his his face, his hair, his eyes, and rests his hands against the panel separating the stall from the other.
Opening his eyes, as he feels the water dripping off his nose and down the back of his neck, down under his shirt, he sees the blood stained water pooling below him. It's like a maelstrom of blood and water.
