25 years is a long time for a computer to run uninterrupted, and with Flynn’s computer starting to fail, the Grid must be moved to a safer location. That said, Rinzler doesn’t trust the Users to safely relocate it without his supervision. Beck though? Well he’s just here to keep his pal company.

Summary
Sam was different in a way that made people rush out of his way, never mind that he would never — could never — hurt them. Different in a way that made him miss his dad saying, "No kiddo, nothing's wrong with you, you're just built to be the coolest guy in the room." He'd wink and continue, "Don't worry. You'll get it someday." Except, well, his dad had been gone for 20 years and he was starting to think that someday wasn't coming. He was different, and the screaming at the base of his skull wasn't getting any better with age. Something was broken and hurt, but maybe the hidden staircase at the back of the arcade was the key to fixing it.
Basically: Sam's actually a program. He would know that, if the only one who had known was around to tell him.

Summary
Sam Flynn, while looking for his Dad, falls into the Grid earlier than the movie, at age 11. After being caught by Rinzler, Sam mistakes Clu for his Dad, Kevin Flynn. Clu thinks he can manipulate Sam’s User powers by pretending to be Kevin Flynn, so he goes along with this.
Clu does not know what a child is.
Meanwhile, Rinzler is dealing with the overwhelming instinct to protect Sam at all costs, and Sam exploring the Grid with no comprehension of danger.
I view Kevin Flynn, Tron/Rinzler, and Clu as like brothers, so this is basically Sam Flynn getting to hang out with his weird uncles. -

Sam Flynn was a child with a genius father. Although he had little memory of his mother and his busy father was not around for a long time, he was still happy. He told him various stories, slept together, and tried to spend more time playing together. So Sam thought that even though Alan, who took care of him like his father after his disappearance, there would be only one father in his life who always cared for and loved him.

Summary
Flynn kept his promise to his beloved son. Flynn, who brought Sam to the grid to celebrate his son's birthday, introduced Sam to Clu and Tron. Having met the existence that he had only heard about in person, Sam was happy spending time with the two programs with his eyes shining. Clu, who had been looking at Sam in a grave manner, soon fell in love with him like Flynn. Otherwise, he would never lose his smile by having Sam by his side, telling him everything, listening to Sam's story, and playing with him, right?
Flynn learned the lesson too late that not everything goes his way. Looking at Clu, who offered him a deal he couldn't refuse as he hold unconscious Sam in his arms, Flynn regretted his past, realizing how little he had known Clu.

Теперь вся ответственность и управление новым восстанием ложится на плечи уже немного повзрослевшего Бека, как и следовало ожидать, теперь он должен стать новым Троном, и вести всех за собой. Но он не оставляет надежду на то, что его наставник может быть жив. На ровне со своими новыми обязанностями он пытается не только наращивать восстание новыми взбунтовавшимися программами, но и найти своего друга и наставника, которого с того момента считали пропавшим. Но Бек не будет справляться с этим один на один, ему будут помогать справляться с возникшими трудностями на пути, его друзья, как старые, так и новые. Так имея поддержку своих друзей за спиной, ему предстоит столкнуться с трудностями, смертельными опасностями, сложными выборами и судьбоносными решениями от которых зависит дальнейшая судьба Сети и программ обитающих в ней.
Или: Бек и его друзья пытаются всеми возможными способами, прикладывая все свои силы - вернуть Трона, которого в конце концов смог заполучить Администратор Сети Клу.
