Summary
Victoria Lockhart is the fifth richest person on Earth-a gorgeous redheaded thirty-five year old debt-collector that gives the poor fractions of her immense wealth in the form of loans. On the surface, it can seem that she's a sort of savior, issuing out help to those in need, but nothing could be farther from the truth. The moment the debt can't be paid, patrons begin to shrink and Lockhart takes that chance to enjoy crushing them underfoot. It's easy for her to be detached, especially with that odd haze that covers their faces. But when one day a young man by the name of Marcus Brown comes in, face totally clear of any distraction, Lockhart can't help but rethink who she is and what she does.
