"Abortion is a topic that is often cast in blacks and whites, but in reality there are so many things to take in consideration, so many grey areas and case-by-case concerns; I really appreciate that this piece reflected some of that. And, crazy as it might sound, I really appreciated stumbling across this serious topic in fanfiction. Fanfic is something we write/read primary for fun...but just like any art, we also use it to express our concerns, explore worrying issues, and connect with other people over the struggles we all face as human beings. I particularly appreciated being able to explore this relevant topic via my favorite fictional pairing."
