Welcome back to my readers from part one. If you're new here, well met! My BG3 fanfic with a (relatively) emotionally well-adjusted Tav. There's a lot about half-orc Thenbara's backstory and stronghold, including her (hopefully funny) inner dialogue/internal monologue. I've created a lot of my own orcish lore and language, while still trying to be faithful to D&D/Forgotten Realms content and rules.
While much of the game will be mentioned, the story mostly revolves around the companions' relationships to Thenbara and eachother, with buckets of non-game/extra-canon dialogue. While my story is generally canon compliant, I do minorly tweak the odd thing here and there, mostly adding in things that I (and many people) wish were in the game. NSFW, smut in Chapter 2. Lots of spoilers for Baldur's Gate 3 Act 2 gameplay. Relationship tags and general tags will be updated as we go.
Applicable content warnings posted at the beginning of each chapter, but please request any you think need to be there that I haven't added. Translations of Orcish words and phrases in the notes at the end. Chapters average 4000-5000 words. Not beta-read. Comments appreciated, I hope you enjoy.

Button met Tareef before the deal with Anwar. It had been at a wedding, full of dancing and bodies pressing together. And after he left, he found a signet ring in his pocket. It only made things more complicated when months later, it turned out that Tareef and the hired warband were part of the help Anwar promised. How did the spirit reach out to his father, the king, and ask for this help? So many questions, but this man does not hand out answers so easily. Let's face it, it is hard not to fall in love with such a powerful and charismatic person. But Button is still reeling from his time with Anwar, the opinions of his party on the deal he made, and the realization that the spirit used the siege to somehow escape his realm. Will he get to see Tareef again? Or was it just a romantic and passionate time under the stars?
The GM decided that Teiflings speak "French". I apologize for any mistakes made with the language; we used Google Translate.
Chapter 1 was co-written with the GM - it was the RP date and is not nearly as smooth as other writings. The following smut is mine alone. (But approved by GM as game canon! lol)
