Summary
A poem/story I wrote a couple years ago. I plan to continue it eventually.
Louis was an entrepreneur, who never stopped looking for a product to invest in. He was poor; he had only a beat-up car and a pile of junk food to his name, but he didn't care. He'd just drive around the deserts and burnt-out forests, looking for that perfect thing, the thing that would finally ship him into prosperity.
And then he found it.
A forest of the most beautiful trees he'd ever seen; pink, blue, and purple.The leaves were softer than silk and smelled just like butterfly milk! He couldn't believe it, that these beautiful things were his. He'd found them, he'd own them, he'd tear them down to make himself a living off Thneeds; the product of Truffula trees

Earlier I wrote a fanfiction novelizing the 2012-2013 legend of Camp Entre (Truffula Flu). Due to the amount of characters and story length, I could only show the main events from one limited POV. To accurately preserve the full scope of this story, each character deserves their own fanfiction.
However, it's unlikely I can finish all of them anytime soon. For the time being, I can offer fragments of what I've written of other characters' POVs before I settled on Swag's perspective for the main story.
Disclaimer: While striving to capture the spirit of the originals, all my fics are interpretations, carefully constructed to preserve and polish legends that might otherwise get lost. Main credit goes to the creators.

So many moviegoers/reviewers complained that Ted was a bland, horrible protagonist – and if not written just as the girl-in-a-tower love interest, they would have much preferred to see Audrey in the main character role. So here she is! Trying to save the trees and the Onceler too.
A follow-up/expansion on the original poem/story again hommaging the very obvious anime inspiration but quite a few other things as well...
