In the collapse of the criminal underworld following AFO's fall at the hands of Bakugo and the rest of class 1-A, several different organizations and crimelords rise up in an attempt to fill the vacuum of power. Most of them get shot down quickly, and eliminated without too much trouble, especially when class 1-A is involved in the take down.
One group in particular that started to stir up trouble recently has proved much harder to eliminate. A group that took a very strange approach to villainly, in that they were more like doctors without borders than drug runners. Healing villains at no charge and without any governmental approval or oversight. Despite interrogations revealing that no individuals have ever been charged for treatment, tracking the money of the various small gangs and criminal operations in japan all leads back to this hospital.
When a raid goes wrong, Jiro wakes up tied to a chair and face to medical mask with the leader of this total unknown faction. And he's...really weird. Constantly apologizing, treating all of her wounds with a surgeons delicacy, and desperately trying to make things more comfortable for her.
She can't tell if it's the best or worst possible kidnapping.

I am absolutely unsure how to write a summary, but please bare with me. This is an OC-insert in the My Hero Academia Universe, with the addition of Soulmates. This is my first fanfiction ever, and I'd love feedback!
She survived the horrors of her past. Barely.
Now Yumeko Himura is left with a scarred body, soulmarks that won’t stop burning, and two soulmates she never asked for—one all warmth and steady smiles, the other a walking explosion with too many sharp edges. Join her as she navigates her new bond with her soulmates and being a member of Class 1-A.I've tried very hard to make my OC relatable and not overpowered, and to keep the storyline and characters as close to canon as possible (in fact, I am pulling directly from the manga and transcripts from the anime). My OC has had a traumatic childhood, but I try not to be too graphic with any of the incidents. The story features the blossoming relationship between three soulmates, family (both blood relatives and found family), and overcoming your past.

Izuku faced reality many times over. He faced it when he first saw what a hero was, and knew that was what he needed to be. He faced it when he learned he was quirkless. He faced it when he defended people from Kacchan's torment. He faced it when his father left to work overseas. He faced it when his mother reduced their interaction. He faced it when All Might himself told him he couldn't be a hero.
He can face it again when all of that is thrown aside once he accidentally steals a quirk.
