Really, he shouldn't be surprised that Jack Crawford would ask for his help on a situation such as this, but knowing an outcome is likely and having it actually happen are two very different feelings. He only wishes he didn't have to work with Hannibal, and did it really have to be the Desolation they were trying to stop?
