Natasha’s face changed halfway through processing the sentence then narrowed. “Oh god. Does that mean—?”
“Yes.” Tony’s voice was flat with the kind of tired that lodged in bones. “It means the kid has decided to be deaf today.”

Peter Parker realises Clint is partially deaf and decides to prepare himself for if he ever goes deaf by removing all of his auditory input. Tony is planning Clint's death.

Peter nods, “Sorry, sorry, my bad on that one. I finally remembered the word I was thinking of. Here, let’s make a deal this time - cross my heart I’ll keep it - so if I can’t solve your riddle you get to…” Peter gestures, leaving it open ended, and the Riddler seems to perk up.
“Kill you in a blaze of glory,” he finishes, primly, and the melodrama returns as he crosses his legs and re-steeples his hands, “And if you win? I must be fair, after all.”
“Uhh… would you mind telling me where I am?”

Peter's greatest enemy is time management and also maybe the hoard of superheroes that are crawling all over Gotham.

Then he opened the freezer, set them behind the popsicles in the door, shut it, and picked up his bowl to keep eating.
“Hey, man,” The guy said, as if nothing even remotely noteworthy had just happened. “I’m Peter.”
Sam stared at him for a long moment, then turned around and went back to bed.

In this universe, Tony and Pepper were married in 2000. Their son, James Anthony Stark, was born in 2002. He was kidnapped in 2005 (later, they would discover this was arranged by Obandiah Stane). Morgan was born in 2012. Otherwise, the events of the movies occured, although, they managed to work out their differences pre-Civil War. Tony discovered thirteen-year-old Spider-Man via YouTube, was impressed by his intelligence, and quickly gave him an internship. The Stark and Parker families have grown close, leading the Starks to begin the process of formally adopting the now fifteen-year-old Peter and making him an official Stark. They have never forgotten their own lost son, though, and can't help but wonder what happened to him.
