I was never a believer of fate. Time’s algorithm wasn’t an interchangeable one. It had twists and turns, and tricks and tumult. It never focussed on one thing for too long, making not a thing too important or a thing too insignificant.
It ticked on, as one might say, completely indifferent.
But - as I’m sat thinking back to my inner-turmoil when my teammate and best friend had fallen in battle with a life-altering wound while I myself am left with three-quarters of an upper-servo painfully absent - I’m stuck thinking about fate, and how it may be real after all.
