Summary
For every great demon there is a death fitting their greatness. 8 years after the events of Inuyasha, Sesshoumaru's was soon to come. He has a saviour- who does not even want to be there. Nor does Sesshoumaru think he needs him. Also destiny is for the weak just like good-willed parents and old friendships.
I try to be as accurate as possible with the characters but since this is post Inuyasha canon, characters might develop in new directions.

“So are you.”

It’s not like the world is spilling over with clones, is the thing; especially not genetically stable super-powered hybrid clones with–
Wait, Tucker thinks, and lifts his head to stare blankly at the poster on his bedroom wall. Well, there’s a lot of posters on all of his bedroom walls, admittedly, but a specific poster on a specific wall.
“You’re a genetically stable super-powered hybrid clone,” Tucker says to his poster, still staring at the digitally-rendered face of a teen idol superhero. Superboy continues to grin cockily at him, because he’s a special edition poster and obviously isn’t gonna stop doing that.
Tucker, very slowly, reaches for his phone and types something into Bing after all.

Jeremy stared at him. Blinked. Then blinked one more time for good measure. Surely he’s joking. "Let me get this straight," Surely. Hopefully. "You summoned a demon—me specifically—to help you… flirt with your neighbor? Are you serious?"
With the way Ludwig’s grin stretched even wider—Jeremy was starting to worry it might detach from his face entirely—the answer was a resounding yes. "Deadly serious!" Ludwig clapped his hands together, the rubber gloves squeaking again in a way that Jeremy decided was now his personal hell. "Well, not deadly—that would defeat the purpose. You see, the object of my affection is... complicated. Normal methods won’t work. I need someone who can think outside the box—or, in your case, outside the mortal plane."
Or, Ludwig, in a fit of misguided romantic ambition, summons a demon—very threateningly named Jeremy—to help him win the heart of his aloof neighbor.
Meanwhile, Jeremy just wants to go back to his darts. Or, failing that, at least find a way to avoid being roped in the worst romance scheme known to man.
