“Thought you left,” he mutters against Yangyang’s nape, pulling him closer. If it sounds just a tad bit desperate, neither of them comments on it.
“Wanted to stay a little longer,” is Yangyang’s reply. His voice is soft and deep, and just the sweetness of it makes Hendery’s fingertips buzz with something close to affection. There’s something else that’s not said, and Hendery longs to hear it, but it doesn’t matter because Yangyang turns his head to Hendery’s direction, tilting his chin up, and really, this is worth more than words.

“And?” Hendery asks, nosing at Yangyang’s neck, hot breaths ghosting along his skin. “S’not like it hasn’t happened before,” he continues, whispering the words right into his ear in this overly deep voice, which would be ridiculous if not for the shiver it sends down Yangyang’s spine.
Yangyang closes his eyes and takes a deep breath in an attempt to fan the flames licking at the bottom of his stomach. “Well, I wouldn’t want it to happen again.”
“Mm, I’m gonna be honest with you.” Hendery hooks a finger under his chin, tilting his head so their faces are so close that Yangyang feels the next words buzz against his lips. “I really can’t find it in me to give a fuck, I just miss having you like this.”
