Summary
Shen Yuan had mostly put up a marriage profile as a joke, with no hopes of any serious answers coming back. Not many people wanted to live on the far away planet of Eden Alpha anyway.
For Shen Jiu, this was anything but a joke. This was a chance to escape an unwanted marriage and a Syndicate-ruled life on a sterile space station. All he has to do is convince Shen Yuan he is an acceptable spouse to secure his new life and freedom.

Summary
Pantalone meets one of Il Dottore's clones: Though it's not the one he expected. Instead of the asshole that looks like a clown with his weird half mask, he gets a literal child, who's too cute to refuse.
Although... The child is not similar to the Doctor at all. In fact, this kid is as far from the Harbinger as one gets, weirdly helpful and quiet, barely speaking unless he was thanking Pantalone or giving information.
It was strange. Unusual. As if this child was never the Doctor in the first place.
What happened to make the Doctor into an apathetic asshole, if his younger self was so shy and polite?
Tl;dr: Pantalone meets baby clone and decides that it's his kid now. Dottore has to begrudgingly raise it with him and somehow also gets affection along the way (which he did NOT agree to).
