Summary
It had taken Bradley four years to join the Navy after his uncles had successfully pulled his papers. It had taken him even longer to attempt to come to terms with the permanent consequences that still haunted him as a result. Mav had been right—losing a wingman had shattered him.
Following his uncles to Scotland and fleeing the military had been the next logical option. What better way to bond with them and escape the pressures of his old job? It certainly wasn’t as if he had anyone back home to lose—no partner, no family, nothing.
But somehow that all changes upon meeting Jake Seresin, a man who was as shifty as they come. All Jake ever talked about was a desire to go back home, though he never seemed willing to leave. Add in a lost sealskin coat that Jake refused to return without, and suddenly, Bradley was caught in the middle of something he never thought existed.
He still wanted Jake safe, though. That was all it was—Bradley promised. It’s not as if Jake was married or anything…right?

Summary
Slider has never had it easy. Growing up abused, his only and best friend and brother was Tom Kazansky. He joined the navy as a promise. He became the best and came out with more than he bargained for. Significantly more than he bargained for. After Top Gun, facing a three month leave, its time to face some ghosts and learn too live again, at least he's got his friends next to him.

“You okay?” Maverick asks.
“Yeah,” Ice says. “Are you?”
Maverick gives a crooked smile. “Ask me again when I’m holding them.”
Then Ice’s phone buzzes. Just once.
Both men lunge for it.

Jake stared. “Did you miss the part where he screamed at me for being gay?”
“Exactly.” Javy’s grin stretched wider. “You bring a hot guy. Hold his hand. Feed him pie. Maybe make out a little on the porch.”
