Neptune has always seen Uranus as his best friend, his cousin. That's what they were, right? After all, they were the only ice giants of the solar system. That is until Planet X shows up and it changes everything.
As Uranus wants to be called Caelus, Neptune begins to associate them as two different beings, resulting in confusion as time goes on.
Neptune tries to search for Uranus because he misses his best friend but when he looks at Uranus, he only sees Caelus.
OR: Neptune sees Uranus and Caelus as two different beings and can't find his best friend when he looks at Uranus, leading to Uranus being very confused as to why.
