All Klaus ever wanted was to break the curse and be what was rightfully his birthright. So he could raise an army of hybrids and take care of Mikael once and for all. He and his siblings wouldn't have to keep running, they could finally be free.
The truth was, he was lonely. He wanted someone he could bear himself to, all of it. And for that woman to accept him as he was, his faults and all without expecting him to change. For centuries he was patient, he had to be ready. He supposed her patience was worn out because she had apparently come to him.
"Hello, I'm Harri Potter," Her smile was beautiful and Klaus immediately gotten lost in her eyes - so vibrant and magical, a green that would haunt him for an eternity.
"Forgive my brother, Miss Potter," Elijah said. "He seems to have lost his voice."

Luffy hears the fire, and she hears the winds screaming and the seas seething, but more importantly, she hears Sabo. The flames are clinging, trying to smother his Voice with their own, but he’s still alive. She knows it. She can still hear him, hear the comforting hum she’s come to associate with her big brother, and it’s not fading. Sabo isn’t fading.
Sabo isn’t dead, and he’s not going to be, not if Luffy has anything to say about it.
The divergent AU of 'finally I get to choose what's wrong (and what is right)'. How far would one go to protect the people they love?

Summary
A shinobi must not value himself but rather adhere to his village's ideals. A shinobi must always put the mission first. A shinobi must never show any weakness. The jinchuuriki are tied down by a long list of both written and unwritten rules of things that they aren't supposed to do. Playing Peek-a-Boo with the vessel of the Kyuubi is probably at the top of that list.

This was first explained in an AO3 News Post, but I'm going to go into more detail so that anyone with an account can do it, with no need to do any coding at all. Just copy/paste.
